I highly recommend Jim Provence for stonework. He did an exceptional job of restoring and resealing our marble countertops. They were beautiful but had experienced years of daily use without maintenance. They just looked forgotten and sad. Jim came out and worked his day of magic and they are truly gorgeous again and look brand new. In the future when they need attention we will be quicker to call.

Colonial service did some marble repair and polish on my floors in my home and they did a wonderful job. I don't think the floors ever looked as good as they do now. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend there service to my family and friends. The Technician Rob was very prompt and he explained everything in detail what he was doing. The repairs aren't even noticeable. We had a fantastic experience with Colonial Services. Jim was incredibly responsive and did a prompt and very thorough analysis of what we would need, scheduled us quickly, and the entire team worked incredibly hard to ensure the project was done well and in a timely fashion. Our floors look phenomenal - even better than I could have hoped for. The difference has been noticed by nearly everyone who's visited since they've completed the work. We will be sure to use them again for any future projects!

First impression was a good one as Jim, the owner, answered the phone and came out personally on a Saturday to assess and prove our job. He and his crew delivered with quality service and were very polite and conscientious in performing a quality job.

Our beautiful Wood Floors looked terrible after renovations! Tried to clean them and it just wasn't enough. They restored my floors and really made them look even better! Very impressed and wood (sorry) use them again!

I was so relieved that I found you again Jim, after moving back to Texas. I really appreciate your advice on what to do with our rental property flooring. You saved us a lot of money in being able to restore the damage that was done to our very expensive marble floors and what your guys were able to do in the marble shower. Very impressive workmanship. Oh my gosh, thank you Colonial Services! You guys are fantastic. The expertise that was displayed by Mark when cleaning and polishing my travertine floors was absolutely amazing! I had waited too long for cleaning and was concerned there was little hope to bring the floors back again. Boy was I wrong! I will be using you for all of my flooring needs in the future as well as your annual service.

Jim and his team did an excellent job of restoring our marble entryway. They are experts with many years of experience. I have already recommended them to another family member.

Jim from Colonial came promptly to provide a quote to refinish our granite countertops. The work was done less than two weeks later and it was a great experience. Basically, Colonial did what they said they would when they said they would. There was no mess and our countertops look like new.
